- Design APIs & data models - Create well-structured, documented APIs and robust data models for our frontend and integration teams.
- ️ Automate & integrate - Build smart integrations with external HR, finance, and compliance systems, and automate key workflows.
- Think in architecture, not just tickets - Estbalish best practices and make technical decisions that balance scalability, maintainability, and product speed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work hands-on with design, product, and engineering teams, as well as with the founders, to shape our roadmap, tools, and engineering culture.
Requirements

- Experience with cloud infrastructure (e.g., Google Cloud)
- Strong passion for clean code, testing, security, and performance
- Structured and proactive working style with high ownership
- Curious about product decisions - you care about user outcomes, not just code
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
