SAP S / 4HANA Logistics Consultant

Work set up : Hybrid (1 week onsite in Chester each addition some ad hoc trips in Europe will be required. Necessity to be onsite more than 1 week per month in some phases of the project such as workshops), * Deliver end-to-end SAP S / 4HANA configuration and functional design in WM PP and OTC modules.

• Produce and review functional specifications spanning multiple areas.
• Lead and support testing training and hypercare activities to ensure successful adoption.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders across logistics planning and supply chain.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in logistics and supply chain.
• Contribute expertise to complex developments and cross-functional integrations.

Our client a global leader in professional services and technology transformation is seeking an experienced SAP S / 4HANA Logistics Consultant with strong functional expertise across Warehouse Management (WM) Production Planning (PP) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) .

This senior role is ideal for a consultant with a proven background in full lifecycle implementations and a passion for delivering high-impact solutions in complex environments., * BPSS clearance mandatory and eligibility for SC clearance essential (normally requires 5 years UK residency; UK nationals only).

• Minimum of 5 years experience as an SAP Logistics Consultant specialising in WM PP and OTC within S / 4HANA.

• Proven track record of 23 full lifecycle implementations covering design build testing training and hypercare.

• Strong ability to produce functional specifications and contribute to complex developments.

• Hands-on experience with configuration testing and training delivery.

• Knowledge of compliance requirements and industry best practices in logistics / supply chain.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.

• Core Skills and Experience : WM PP and OTC functional skills in SAP S / 4 HANA

• Functional expertise in writing specifications - spanning multiple areas

• Experience in complex developments

• Full lifecycle experience

• Experience in providing training and testing

• Experience in ensuring compliance with regulations and industry best practices

• Security Clearance : BPSS clearance is mandatory. The role requires eligibility to obtain SC (Security Check) clearance which normally means you must have been resident in the UK for the past 5 years (shorter overseas trips may be acceptable and are considered on a case-by-case basis).
• Engagement : PAYE only (no limited company / PSC).
• Location : Hybrid 1 week per month onsite in Chester with occasional EU travel.
• Industry : ET&U sector.
