SAP Consultant - Sales & Distribution (SD) - (Medior/Senior)

As a SAP Consultant Sales & Distribution (SD), you are responsible for all the delivery activities within the SAP Logistics domain scope, including service levels and commitments compliancy.

You will be working within Application Management Service delivery in a distributed delivery model (incl. offshore) for your domain. You will also be responsible for monitoring the quality and planning of service-related deliverables.

As a subject matter expert, you maintain the relationships with the client and report to the Service Delivery Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Incident Management:

• Cross-domain incident follow-up and resolution.
• Collaboration with internal and client teams to ensure smooth issue resolution.

• SLA Management & Dashboard Oversight:

• Monitor and report service-level agreements (SLAs) across domains.
• Maintain and enhance dashboards for tracking performance metrics.

• Ownership of COSUI:

• Strong technical expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD).

Bonus Competencies (Preferred, in Order of Priority):

• Experience with SAP VIM (Vendor Invoice Management).
• Familiarity with SAP Ariba for procurement and supplier collaboration.

Tools Used:

• ServiceNow for incident tracking, SLA management, and reporting.
