·12+ years of CRM experience, including 3+ years in Public Sector or Energy & Utilities
·Hands-on expertise with PSS Cloud (GDS understanding is a plus)
·Strong CRM/Salesforce solution background
·Proven ability to design, optimize, and integrate complex business processes
·A detail-driven mind with a passion for learning new tech, models, and concepts
·Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
