Within our PMO & Portfolio Management department with the mission of ensuring the continued quality of our products and services, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager specializing in IT & technology solutions to lead strategic projects within the life insurance sector, with a primary focus on delivering technology and IT solutions to drive business objectives.

Your responsibilities
As Senior Project Manager your responsibilities will include:

Leading and managing strategic projects within the life insurance sector, focusing on delivering technology and IT solutions ensuring adherence to project management best practices.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project goals, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology strategies.

Developing comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and overseeing execution for timely and budget-friendly technology solutions.

Providing strategic guidance and insights, identify opportunities for leveraging technology to drive business growth and innovation, facilitating tools adoption for strategic goals.

Identifying and mitigating project risks related to technology and IT solutions, and proactively managing project dependencies to minimize disruptions and optimize success.

Monitoring project progress, ensuring quality of technology solutions and transparent updates to stakeholders.

Fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment, promoting innovation and creativity in delivering technology solutions that address business needs.

Managing stakeholder relationships to support project objectives and enhance technology-driven business outcomes.

Supporting post-implementation activities for continuous improvement and innovation in technology solutions delivery. Your profile

You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, information technology, or related field or the equivalent experience.

You have 5 to 10 years of senior-level experience in project management, with a focus on delivering technology and IT solutions within the insurance industry or related sectors.

You have a PMP certification or equivalent project management credential preferred.

You have a good knowledge of project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project or Jira.

You have a strong understanding of technology and IT solutions, with proven experience in delivering projects that leverage technology to drive business growth and innovation.

You have excellent knowledge of French or Dutch and a good command of the other national language and are comfortable working in English.

You have excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

You are able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.

You are quality and client oriented.

You are autonomous, a fast learner and can take the initiative quickly.
