Duties & Role:

• Test IKM Tools releases through manual and automated testing of user behavior and backend functionalities across NATO networks.
• Create and document test cases and guidelines (minimum 20 tests monthly).
• Track tests and development tasks with the team.
• Create technical and user guidelines including How-To's and Test Plans.
• Act as Document Controller to ensure completeness, quality, and archival of CPS documentation.
• Identify software defects and provide solutions with recommendations for improvements.
• Participate in Agile Scrum sprint process (3-week cycles)

Requirements

Skill, Knowledge & Experience:

• The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
• Experience with application testing across multiple levels (system, integration, regression).
• Knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with SharePoint environments and IKM tools (EDMS, PITT, NIP, TT+).
• Ability to create test plans, test cases, and technical documentation.
• Understanding of Agile Scrum methodology.
• Experience with bug tracking and quality assurance processes.
• Proficiency in documenting test results and creating user guidelines.
