Tasks

• Advise SMEs on ICT and digitalization strategies.
• Develop customized solutions by analyzing client needs.
• Plan and manage projects, ensuring budget and quality., * Strategic and conceptual consulting of our SME customers around ICT and digitization issues
• Analysis of customer needs and development of tailored solutions with the specialist team
• Planning, coordination, and economic management of projects (budget, deadlines, quality)
• Supporting customers in decision-making bases and investment planning
• Close collaboration with internal specialists (infrastructure, modern workplace, cloud, security)
• Active participation in customer development: expanding existing relationships, identifying new opportunities
• Accompanying offers, workshops, and presentations until project completion

• Higher education in IT or business with IT focus required.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, and security.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and teamwork skills., * Higher education in computer science or business administration with an IT focus
• Several years of experience in IT project management, customer consulting, or service delivery
