Inhouse SAP HCM Consultant

• Design, customize, configure, and implement SAP HCM solutions with a focus on Payroll (PY) and Time Management (PT).
• Be the first point of contact for the specialist departments when it comes to requirements in SAP HCM.
• Project management with responsibility: Take over the management of innovative projects with a focus on the SAP HCM environment and actively drive their success.
• Support in the introduction of modern technologies such as SAP S/4HANA / SAP Fiori and contribute your expertise to the upcoming SucessFactors implementation.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure accuracy of payroll calculations and reporting.

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM - experience with PY or PT is a plus
• You have good knowledge of supporting and customizing SAP HCM.
• Familiarity with integration points between SAP HCM and other SAP modules (e.g., SAP Finance, SAP SuccessFactors) and third-party systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• SAP HCM certifications are a plus.
