Salesforce Product Owner

• Own the Salesforce product vision, roadmap, and backlog, aligning platform development with business strategy.\r\n
• Act as the main interface between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into clear user stories and priorities.\r\n
• Gather, analyze, and challenge business requirements to ensure scalable and future-proof Salesforce solutions.\r\n
• Work closely with internal Salesforce administrators, developers, and external partners to ensure high-quality delivery.\r\n
• Support agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews.\r\n
• Monitor platform performance post-go-live and continuously identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.\r\n

• 4+ years of experience working with Salesforce, ideally as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.\r\n
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce core clouds such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (Marketing Cloud is a plus).\r\n
• Experience working in agile environments with hands-on backlog and roadmap management.\r\n
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work with both technical and non-technical teams.\r\n
• Proactive, structured, and value-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership.\r\n
• Fluent in English and German.\r\n
