Job description

You work as a security engineer (m / f / d) on the development of the basic services. Current projects are our Identity & Access Management and the data transfer platform. In cooperation with several development teams, you ensure the conception and implementation of the necessary security measures in the projects. You derive these security measures from the technical requirements and the system architecture. You use agile development methods. Your tasks are: You develop security requirements by analyzing the relevant processes and architectures and ensure that they are implemented You act as the central contact person (m / f / d) for security issues of the teams involved and product owners in the area of basic services You support the development teams in adhering to security guidelines and specifying security requirements They support other security engineers in using suitable tools for permanent security analysis and assessment You translate the strategic specifications of DATEV into concrete measures (e.g., security audits, penetration tests) Learnable skills: You have the opportunity to expand your know-how in all technologies used (e.g., OAuth / OpenID Connect, Public Cloud, Kubernetes / Docker) on the job

Requirements

German Language Level min. C1 You have successfully completed a degree in computer science or an IT-related course or successfully completed a corresponding comparable training You have several years of experience in IT security Sound professional experience in advising software development teams You already have knowledge of the practical implementation of security measures You have extensive knowledge of the use of security tools You are experienced in evaluating analysis results You are passionate about well-crafted and high-quality software You absorb new knowledge with passion and pass it on to your colleagues You put the team above your own ego and prefer to work in pair programming Soft skills that the new candidate should have analytical thinking Resilience Engagement Ready to use Flexibility Able to communicate Motivation Teamwork Responsibility
