Full-Stack Lead Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Lead Developer with strong primary expertise in Go (Golang) and solid experience in Vue.js to lead modernization and migration of legacy applications. This role focuses heavily on designing and building scalable, high-performance backend systems in Go, while also guiding frontend development using Vue.js. The ideal candidate will own backend architecture decisions, drive modernization initiatives, and collaborate across teams to deliver robust end-to-end solutions.

Responsibilities:

Backend (Primary - Go/Golang)

• Lead backend architecture and development using Golang, ensuring scalability, performance, and clean architecture.
• Drive modernization of legacy backend systems and migrate them to Go-based microservices.
• Design and implement REST/GraphQL APIs, middleware, and distributed systems.
• Work closely with DevOps teams on CI/CD, containerization, and cloud deployments.

Frontend (Secondary - Vue.js)

• Guide and contribute to frontend modernization using Vue.js (Vue 3, Composition API).
• Support migration of legacy UI (AngularJS/jQuery/JSP) to Vue.js.
• Ensure frontend performance, security, and maintainability.
• Review frontend code and align UI development with backend APIs.

• 8+ years of overall software development experience.
• 3+ years of strong, hands-on experience in Go (Golang) and Vue.js - mandatory.
• Proven experience in modernization or system rewrites.
• Strong understanding of microservices, distributed systems, REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Hands-on experience with concurrency (goroutines, channels).
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, caching, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
