Job description
You will work closely with our Customer Success and Product Development teams to help manufacturing companies generate value from their data using IQA, our SaaS solution for production excellence. As a Solution Architect, you will engage with our industrial customer to prepare, validate and integrate customer data. You'll play a crucial role in making customer data come alive in IQA and helping manufacturers produce more efficiently than ever before. Your tasks include:
- Being the link between data and stakeholders by engaging directly with customers
- Analyzing, understanding, and processing manufacturing process data from our customers to enable a smooth onboarding experience
- Creating customer value by exploring customer usage patterns to help improve our software and ensure IQA delivers measurable impact
- Developing robust data processing pipelines and workflows that enable fast, efficient, and reliable onboarding and continuous data integration for our customers
- Understanding customer requirements and planning for continuous data ingestion and integration to ensure seamless scalability and long-term success
- Simulating manufacturing processes to generate synthetic datasets for demos, testing, and validation of new IQA features, * A culture built on transparency, integrity and authenticity - we trust and respect each other and make decisions based on competence

Requirements
Do you have experience in Python?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * A genuine enthusiasm for driving the digital transformation of manufacturing and contributing to more sustainable production through innovative solutions like IQA
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently with a proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership
- Strong Python skills, including experience with data science and scientific computing libraries (e.g. pandas, NumPy, simPy)
- Solid background in data analysis, processing, and transformation, as well as familiarity with databases and building data pipelines. Knowledge of ERP systems or IIoT platforms is a plus
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes is a bonus
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and workshops
- We love the energy that comes from working together in person, so spending time at our Cologne or Berlin office matters to us. One on-site day per week is the minimum, and more time together is always welcome whenever it works for you
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Machine Learning or related technical fields
- Excellent language skills (English and German C1)
