Job description
- Provide support for daily issues, problems, and questions related to Dynamics AX2012R3 from all international units.
- Oversee the management of full IT processes.
- Identify potential areas for process improvement based on end user feedback and perform functional design for change requests.

Requirements
- Practical advanced knowledge of warehouse/supply chain module in AX2012R3; knowledge and maintenance of other modules will be an asset.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
