Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

We are searching for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer for one of the leading FinTechs in Europe and a category leader in the verticals and markets it operates in. Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure services with a focus on scalability, availability, and security.
• Implement and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.Work closely with development teams to integrate
• automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring that infrastructure changes are tested and deployed seamlessly.
• Monitor and analyze infrastructure performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing optimizations.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans, backup procedures, and other reliability efforts.
• Participate in on-call rotations, providing expert troubleshooting and support for infrastructure-related incidents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand application requirements and translate them into cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Stay abreast of new cloud technologies and best practices, continuously seeking ways to improve our cloud infrastructure.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure design, implementation, and management, preferably in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Strong understanding of cloud services, web protocols, and Linux/Unix administration.

• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform or CloudFormation.

• Demonstrated experience in implementing automated testing for infrastructure changes.

• Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) practices and tools.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) are a plus. Our Tech stack Backend:
