Job description
We are looking for an EUC Support Technician L1 with of 3-5 years of hands-on IT support experience. The candidate must have strong communication skills in German (C1 level) and English. The role involves supporting end users with day-to-day technical issues and ensuring smooth operation of workplace technologies.
Requirements
This position is offered under a B2B contract. Candidates must have the legal right to work in Vienna., * Strong customer-facing communication skills with proficient English and a service-oriented mindset.
- Broad technical experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft/Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft tools, telephony, and networking basics.
- Proven team player with attention to detail, ability to work in a global environment, and willingness to take initiative and ownership
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- German language level: C1 (required).
- Good communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of Windows or macOS environments.
- Familiarity with workplace tools, printers, and common applications.
- Ability to work independently and deliver support in a professional manner.
- Must have legal work rights in Vienna.
- Availability for a B2B contract structure.
