The Programmatic Hub Director is responsible for developing the right value proposition for clients on programmatic activation, with efficient media operations and appropriate technologies.

Mission & Responsibilities

Programmatic trading ownership:

• Be responsible for the programmatic activation for the clients

• Implement the media deals defined

• Oversee the quality, safety and accuracy of operations

• Ensure the application of SLAs to clients

• Manage the financial reporting Programmatic technologies:

• Actively contribute to the identification and selection of technology partner in liaise with the Value & Pure Players teams

• Ensure the technology slack is on the cutting edge

• Manage vendors and partners Team management:

• Lead the hub

• Ensure the training, development and motivation of the team Previous Experience & Industry Background

• 15+ years' experience in digital advertising, programmatic or media trading

• Media, Digital Media, Trading Desk, Advertising Networks Qualifications & Languages

• University Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Engineering

• Languages: English (Advanced) Soft skills & competencies

• Programmatic campaigns management (Mobile, Social, Display...)

• Performance monitoring on advertising campaigns

• Digital advertising

• Programmatic technologies

• Leadership

• Process oriented

• Communication and presentation skills Technical skills

• Media buying platforms

• Tables (i.e. Excel)
