Data Management Analyst in RD&E team

Role: Data Management Analyst

Location: Mijdrecht, Netherlands

Overview:

Reporting to the R&D Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the PCM team (engineering) with technical administrative tasks (PLM), lab testing and sample preparation (shipment). You will be supporting packaging team in the finalization of simple tasks like ensuring specifications with suppliers are verified and signed as well as supporting with PO creations and travels organization for the team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the entire team co-located or virtually to ensure proper support in the needed areas

• Support the team by issuing POs for necessary materials for trials & updating trial costs to keep

• budget under control

• Support Lab Engineers specifically in shipping required materials

• Work in PLM for specific requirements:Track raw materials suppliers & coordinate with supervision from process engineersSpec clean up finalizationSpecial packs tasksCLP search Experience you will bring:

• English fluent

• Proven ability to work with Excel

• Experience with SAP will be a plus

• Expertise in production and processing environments Behaviors you'll need:
