Personnel Developer / Trainer

In this role, your day will look something like this

• Organisation and implementation of user training courses, both face-to-face and online

• Support in the development of suitable training concepts, e.g. for the introduction of new IT applications

• Setting up training scenarios in the various test environments of our company applications (ERP/DMS/Apps)

• Creation and maintenance of training documents and knowledge entries in collaboration with our specialist departments (e.g. digital manuals and hand-outs, eLearnings, videos, etc.)

• Planning and implementation of onboarding training courses

• Further development of current training formats and existing training tools Your skill set, capabilities and previous experience

• Successfully completed studies in the fields of education or business informatics, training in business administration, IT or a comparable qualification

• Professional experience as a trainer with sound knowledge in basic user training and in the design of technical course material

• Further training or additional qualifications, e.g. in the areas of training design, presentation techniques and e-learning desirable

• Very good communication and teamwork skills, as well as enjoyment and motivation in conducting training courses

• General IT affinity and knowledge of common IT systems and tools

• Very good written and spoken German and English skills

• Familiarity with internet-based learning platforms and modern training techniques

• Good understanding of the basics of IT security in companies What you can expect from us
