Junior UX Writer

• Create English content and manage translations for proposed solutions, adapting tone and style for different audiences and platforms.
• Ensure all written content aligns with brand guidelines and UX best practices, contributing to a cohesive user experience.
• Write clear translation briefs and demonstrate awareness of localisation and translation best practices.
• Use research, data and key metrics to inform and measure the impact of your work.
• Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, product managers and other stakeholders throughout the product development process.
• Communicate effectively, construct clear presentations and manage expectations with peers and stakeholders.
• Participate in design activities and apply design thinking principles to your work.

• Native-level fluency in English.
• Some UX writing and content design experience, ideally within e-commerce or online channels.
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and interpret data; familiarity with backend systems and JIRA is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills, proactive mindset and flexibility.
• Commercial awareness and willingness to learn about industry trends and business objectives.
• Effective communication, active listening and openness to feedback.
