Job description

  • Maintain and manage databases, ensuring accurate storage, imports/exports and segmentation for campaigns.
  • Support bulk email campaigns and communications, ensuring correct targeting and adherence to regulations.
  • Assist with reporting, including income reconciliation, Gift Aid and campaign analysis for audit and planning purposes.
  • Provide guidance and helpdesk support to database users, ensuring high-quality data entry and use.
  • Support other teams during busy periods or absence, helping to maintain smooth workflows.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in processes, reporting, and database usage across the organisation.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with CRM or database systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar.
  • Highly organised with excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Knowledge of data protection regulations and best practice in managing communications.
  • Confident training and supporting others in using systems effectively.
  • Proactive, methodical and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Full driving licence or means to travel when required.
