We're recruiting for a Journey Lead- ER to join us.

What you'll be doing:
- Leading HR journey teams and acting as a senior escalation point for complex cases
- Overseeing triage and resolution of HR and payroll-related queries including missed cut-offs and redundancy payments
- Collaborating across functions to deliver consistent, user-focused improvements to HR systems and processes
- Aligning advisory activities with employment law, internal policies, and regulatory requirements
- Supporting policy updates and process enhancements across key HR journeys
- Building capability within the team through training and knowledge sharing
- Developing strong relationships with stakeholders across HR, IT, Group Tax, and more

Requirements
- Strong understanding of HR service delivery and employee lifecycle journeys
- Experience managing and improving HR processes across the employee lifecycle
- Skilled in using data and insights to inform decisions and track performance
- Familiarity with MyHR systems, Oracle modules, and payroll-impacting processes
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma
