• Keeping the assembly area safe, clean, and organised - Health & Safety is non-negotiable.
• Delivering consistently high-quality work to meet demanding project deadlines.

• Carrying out IPC-level inspections on electronic assemblies during production.
• Following formal test documentation and recording results with precision - including hardware, software, and firmware configurations.
• Using standard test equipment to take, analyse, and interpret measurements.

• Eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance.
• At least 5 years' experience in a technical production or electronics role.
• Strong background in electronics manufacturing, assembly, repair, or modification.
