- Delivering consistently high-quality work to meet demanding project deadlines.

- Carrying out IPC-level inspections on electronic assemblies during production.
- Following formal test documentation and recording results with precision - including hardware, software, and firmware configurations.
- Using standard test equipment to take, analyse, and interpret measurements.
- Feeding back on test documentation issues and discrepancies.

Requirements
- Eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance.
- At least 5 years' experience in a technical production or electronics role.
- Strong background in electronics manufacturing, assembly, repair, or modification.
- Solid mechanical aptitude with confidence using hand tools and test equipment.
- Able to read and interpret electronic and mechanical drawings.
- Good grasp of electronic components and core electronics principles.
- Competent with IPC 610 and 620 standards.
- A clear communicator who can juggle multiple tasks effectively.
- Comfortable producing detailed documentation to specification.
- Proficient with Office 365 and quick to pick up new systems.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and keen to grow and develop your career.
