We are looking for a TOP (taking over package) Manager, working for a leading EPC on a project in Pembroke.
- Outside IR35
- 6 month contract
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless transition and handover of our construction projects. You will play a critical role in upholding our stringent quality standards, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and fostering clear communication channels between our construction team and clients. Your in-depth knowledge of construction site practices and project management will be instrumental in delivering projects that consistently meet or surpass client expectations., * Ensure construction phases meet quality and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate, organized documentation for client handover.
- Act as primary client contact during transition, addressing inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate stakeholders for smooth handover of assets and information.

- Mitigate risks to avoid delays or complications.

Requirements
