IT Technology Recruitment Consultant - SAP Specialist

As an SAP Technology Recruitment Consultant, you'll develop and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates in the SAP space. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development to candidate placement., + Develop deep market knowledge of the SAP technology landscape and stay current with industry trends

• Build and maintain a network of skilled SAP professionals across different modules (S/4HANA, FICO, ABAP, etc.)
• Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their technical requirements and team culture
• Source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and referrals
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including interviews, negotiations, and offer management
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

• Previous recruitment experience in technology, IT, or professional services (preferred but not essential)
• Strong commercial acumen and natural networking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving targets
• Understanding of or interest in enterprise software and IT systems
