As a founding engineer, you will build the AI-powered operations layer for the veterinary industry. You will automate critical clinical workflows, from medical documentation to multi-channel client communications. Working directly with the founders, you will shape the technical foundation and ship products that allow veterinarians to focus on patient care.

• 2-4 years of professional engineering experience, preferably within an early-stage startup environment.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and a deep interest or experience in LLM prompt engineering.
• A bias toward action with the ability to ship code quickly and iterate based on real-world user feedback.

• Significant ownership as a founding hire, directly influencing the technical roadmap and company culture from day one.
• High-impact work building AI tools that solve real-world burnout in the veterinary profession, with products already in use.

What you will do:

• Architect and iterate on core client communication systems, including voice and text-based AI agents.
• Own end-to-end product segments, leading everything from initial customer discovery to production deployment.
• Collaborate with veterinarian partners to integrate AI solutions into existing practice management systems and workflows.
