This is not just another finance role its a chance to be a driving force behind a groundbreaking project thats reshaping how we do business.We're rolling out aMicrosoft Dynamics based solutionas part of a firm-wide transformation of our HR, Marketing, Operations and Finance systems. Youll be at the center of it all leading key financial workstreams, enhancing systems, and mentoring users across the business.

What Youll Do:

• Lead the implementation of our new business management system and core financial platforms.
• Own critical finance workstreams like BI, Reporting, and Data.
• Drive continuous improvement across finance systems and processes.
• Provide hands-on leadership, training, and support to users globally.
• Deliver high-impact reporting and analysis using SQL, SSRS, and Excel.
• Supervise a small, capable team and ensure system integrity and performance.

• Professional services finance experience and 4+ years in a similar role.
• Expertise in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, etc.).
• Strong SQL, BI/reporting, and advanced Excel skills.
• Proven track record in system implementations and project management within Big 4 or large corporate.
