Degree in Computer Science or a related field. 3 to 5 years in leadership, with over 5 years in relevant IT fields. Expertise in Linux administration, Agile Project Management, and tools like Puppet and Zabbix. ITIL Foundation certification preferred. Knowledge of DevOps, Ansible, OpenStack, and CI/CD.
