Chief Technology Officer (Technical Co-Founder)

• Work closely with the founder on roadmap, priorities, and trade-offs, * Act as a true co-founder, not a service provider
• Contribute to product decisions, not just technical ones
• Help shape how The Grad Job Club scales nationally and internationally

This role is not for someone who:

• Only wants to write code without owning outcomes
• Is uncomfortable with ambiguity
• Wants to inherit an existing system
• Sees themselves as a "support function", * Experience building SaaS platforms, marketplaces, or infrastructure-heavy products
• Strong backend and architecture experience
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern web stacks
• Experience designing multi-tenant systems or complex permission models
