Job description
We are seeking a highly experienced IAM professional with deep expertise in Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) and working knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ. The role focuses on supporting, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise-scale Identity Governance solutions., * Lead L3/L4 support and operations for Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) in a complex enterprise environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve identity lifecycle, provisioning, and reconciliation issues
- Perform root cause analysis, log analysis, and system performance tuning
- Support and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ (certifications, workflows, access reviews)
- Collaborate with security, application, and infrastructure teams during changes and upgrades
- Ensure IAM controls align with security policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) - mandatory
- Experience with OIM customizations (event handlers, adapters, schedulers)
- Working experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (secondary skill)
- Solid understanding of IAM/IGA concepts: access provisioning, RBAC, certifications
- Experience with AD, LDAP, and identity protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC)
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
