What You Will Be Responsible For

• Architecting and developing AI-first automation systems from the ground up
• Building and maintaining production applications using Laravel (PHP)
• Integrating AI/LLM services into live systems (not prototypes)
• Designing robust AI workflows including validation, fallback logic, and monitoring
• Automating complex business processes using event-driven and background job systems
• Making technical decisions around AI usage, performance, cost, and reliability
• Collaborating with leadership to identify and implement high-impact automation opportunities

Do you have experience in Process improvement?, Do you have a Master's degree?, This role is only for developers with strong, proven AI experience in production environments. If your AI experience is limited to tutorials, experiments, or basic chatbot demos, this role is not a fit.

We are hiring a Senior Software Developer who can independently design, build, and maintain AI-driven automation systems. You will be expected to make architectural decisions, integrate AI deeply into business workflows, and deliver reliable, scalable solutions using Laravel as the primary backend framework., * Extensive, hands-on experience deploying AI systems in production

• Direct experience integrating AI / LLM APIs into real applications
• Demonstrated understanding of:
• Prompt engineering at a professional level
• AI output validation and error handling
• Designing AI workflows that can operate reliably at scale
• Strong professional experience using Laravel as a primary framework
• Proven experience building automation systems (queues, schedulers, workers, or event-based systems)
• Strong database design and optimization skills (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Experience That Will Strongly Differentiate You

• Experience with embeddings, vector databases, or semantic search systems
• Building AI systems that handle sensitive or high-volume data
• Experience optimizing AI costs and performance in production
• Refactoring or replacing legacy workflows with AI-driven automation
• Prior experience in fast-paced or startup environments where ownership is critical
