QA Team Leader, Software Testing, Remote, COR7412

This QA Team Leader position offers the chance to manage and mentor a dedicated QA team while ensuring the quality of new releases, enhancements, and fixes. You will design test plans, execute both automated and manual testing, and coordinate QA resources across the wider development team.

• Leading and mentoring QA teams and coordinating testing resources across multiple projects
• Designing test plans, performing manual testing, and maintaining automated test suites
• Experience with automated testing tools and scripting for client/server applications
• Knowledge of ERP or complex business software systems
• Strong understanding of software testing processes and the software lifecycle

Experience with Jira, SQL, or ERP-specific systems is highly desirable, as is any familiarity with Java Swing, web applications, or ISTQB the certification.
