Job description

We are looking for an AI Implementation Engineer to help us power up the traveller's journey for millions of holidaymakers. If you are passionate about designing & building AI solutions, keep on reading, as you might be the perfect fit for this job., Develop applications and tools that use AI to support key business processes. These solutions will be tailored to specific needs across different departments.

  • Connect AI tools with our systems: Integrate external AI platforms (such as OpenAI or Google Gemini) with our existing tools using APIs, low-code platforms like n8n, and custom connectors.

  • Create data pipelines: Build systems that collect and prepare data for use in AI models and machine learning workflows.

  • Develop and train ML models: Work on models for tasks like lead scoring, forecasting, customer experience (CX) optimization, and qualification of prospects.

  • Work with natural language processing (NLP): Create tools for analyzing conversations, automating emails, and generating insights from customer interactions.

  • Build generative AI solutions: Use generative AI to automate tasks like content creation and communication personalization.

  • Maintain and improve systems: Update code, monitor system performance, and retrain models regularly to ensure everything runs smoothly.

  • Collaborate with tech teams: Work closely with data engineers, DevOps, and other developers to make sure AI tools are scalable and reliable.

What You Might Build

  • NLP-based systems that analyze calls and emails
  • Virtual assistants and chatbots to support internal teams

Requirements

Your expertise:

  • 3+ years of hands-on AI development: You've built and shipped AI solutions that led to real business impact-whether that's increased revenue, reduced cost, or improved customer satisfaction (NPS).

  • Fast, practical builder: You move quickly from idea to working prototype, and improve as you go. You aim for results, not perfection.

  • End-to-end problem solver: You take ownership from idea to deployment-writing documentation only when needed, and focusing on what works.

  • Strong technical troubleshooting: You can quickly find the cause of technical issues using logs, dev tools, or pattern matching.

  • Security-aware mindset: You understand authentication, authorization scopes, and safe handling of credentials.

  • Communicator and storyteller: You present your ideas clearly, show live demos with confidence, and help business teams understand the value of your work., Hands-on experience with n8n, low-code platforms (like Mendix), and programming in Python and/or JavaScript.

  • AI/ML Development: Skilled in building and deploying machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

  • Data & APIs: Strong understanding of APIs, cloud-based infrastructure, and microservices architecture.

  • Software Practices: Familiar with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and the full software development lifecycle.

  • NLP & Generative AI: Experience with natural language processing tools and large language models (LLMs) for generative tasks.

  • Cloud & Deployment: Comfortable working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), container tools (Docker, Kubernetes), and serverless architectures.

Benefits & conditions

  • An inclusive, friendly, and international environment (you'll be working with colleagues from +10 countries and over 48 nationalities)
  • Shorter working week (36h as full time), with a half working day on Fridays

Other perks:

  • 2 paid days off per year for volunteering purposes
  • Occasional social events to foster connections among colleagues
  • Travel industry discounts and flash exclusive staff fares
  • We support our employees through life's significant moments with leave options (e.g parental responsibilities, marriages, bereavements, relocations, etc.) in line with local laws.

Wish you were here? We do, too!

Selection process steps*:

  • HR interview (10-30 minutes)
  • 1st interview (Manager): soft skills + technical knowledge
