AI Platform Architect D

As an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Platform Architect, you will help RWE use data and AI to speed up the energy transition. In this important role you will plan and coordinate a major AI program, working with different teams across the company. Your technical skills will help us drive operational excellence, increase productivity, and ensure the long-term competitiveness of RWE.

• Translate business needs into scalable AI platform capabilities.
• Drive the development of a robust, future-ready Group-wide Data & AI Platform and shape its technical roadmap together with the Enterprise Architecture Team.
• Design agentic AI solutions for complex workflows and processes, integrating agent ecosystems across diverse platforms and frameworks.
• Develop and maintain solution architecture documentation, ensuring compliance with the EU AI act.
• Effectively present complex Data & AI architectures, tailored to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Platform Architecture: Proven experience in designing, building, and deploying enterprise-scale Data & AI platforms, with hands-on knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps toolchains and automation.

• Multi-Agent Systems: Expertise in agent orchestration frameworks, modular agent design, multi-workflow integration, and robust guardrails for LLM and agent reliability.

• Proficiency in agent communication protocols and cross-platform integration.

• Strong stakeholder communication, expectation management, and teamwork abilities.

• Master's degree in IT or related field, excellent English skills, as well as agile and hybrid project management experience. Advantageous, but not essential

• Knowledge of the energy business as well as experience with embodied AI, robotics, or industrial IoT platforms, and internal community building around AI and agent platforms.
