Job description

The ICT Systems Technician is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, reliability, and availability of training systems and associated ICT infrastructure. This role involves diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues, maintaining system integrity, and providing technical support during training events. The position requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft and Linux operating systems.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server environments and network fundamentals.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and training.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Diploma in Electronics, Information Technology or Computer Networks from an accredited institution.
  • CompTIA A+, Network+ and Linux certification (desirable)
  • Minimum 2-3 years in ICT systems maintenance and technical support experience.
