Requirements

We're looking for experienced developers to join our team, with strong technical, mentoring and client communication skills, and a passion for finding great solutions through technology., You have 3+ years' experience and a breadth & depth of technical knowledge & expertise, and can solve technical challenges across front-end, back-end and infrastructure

You have strong experience and understanding in at least some of the following technologies:

(Essential)

  • C# (Front and backend)
  • .Net (Front and backend)

(Desirable)

  • Blazor, EF Core
  • Postgres
  • MS SQL
  • AWS and Azure

You are a fast learner, and can leverage your existing expertise to quickly become effective in unfamiliar tech stacks and novel situations, as well as rapidly acquiring client/sector knowledge

You have a good understanding of best practice principles for technical architecture, and are comfortable applying these in unfamiliar situations to design new systems

You are a strong communicator, who can explain technical concepts effectively to non-technical people and impress clients

  • A demonstrable track record of successfully delivering challenging projects / programmes.
  • Experience working in a delivery leadership role within an agency or consultancy environment.
  • Experience managing teams, with accountability for the work of 10+ onshore staff
  • Strong knowledge of modern software engineering practice (SDLC) and an awareness of technical approaches and trends.
  • An interest in technology and how things are created

  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced, changing environments, * Base salary from £50,600-£67,000 depending on your background and how many years of relevant experience you have.

Salary: £50,600-£67,000 with an average of between £3,500 - £7,500 in profit share, In return, we can offer interesting projects with brilliant clients, high levels of autonomy, strong support from a passionate and welcoming technical community, and exciting further career opportunities. And of course, a competitive package and profit share to match., * You can expect to receive a profit share depending on your experience and company performance. Over the last three years, this ranged between £3,500 - £7,500.

  • Pension: Additional 5% of salary
