Job description
- Designing and implementing production-grade AI/ML systems for document analysis, transaction analytics, and audit automation
- Building and deploying models using Azure AI services and Databricks platforms
- Partnering with our platform development team on AI integration patterns and Databricks architecture
- Contributing technical expertise to AI governance frameworks and quality assurance processes
- Collaborating with audit teams to translate business requirements into working AI solutions
What we are looking for:
You will have a strong background in AI/ML engineering with experience designing and building production AI systems in business contexts. You understand both the architectural considerations of ML systems and how to implement them effectively to solve real-world challenges. You are passionate about generative AI and its potential to transform professional services, and you're equally comfortable designing solutions as you are coding them.
Requirements
- Proven experience in ML engineering and production AI system development
- Strong hands-on Python programming skills and experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain)
- Experience with MLOps practices and deploying models to production
- Strong understanding of NLP, computer vision, and generative AI technologies
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
