Full Stack Web Developer

• Design, build, and maintain internal web applications and tools used across the business
• Develop full stack features spanning frontend interfaces, backend logic, and databases
• Build and maintain APIs and integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms (CRM, forms, learning platforms, analytics tools, etc.)
• Work closely with non-technical stakeholders to understand problems, propose solutions, and iterate quickly
• Improve reliability, performance, and scalability of internal systems
• Support and extend our existing WordPress and web infrastructure where it connects into our internal tooling
• Participate in technical decisions, architecture improvements, and development standards
• Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing

Do you have experience in WordPress?, * Experience as a Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer

• Confidence building backend systems, APIs, and data-driven applications
• Solid frontend skills (JavaScript, modern frameworks or strong vanilla JS, HTML, CSS)
• Experience working with databases, authentication, and server-side logic
• Comfort working across unfamiliar codebases and improving existing systems
• Experience integrating third-party services and APIs
• Strong problem-solving ability and comfort working in fast-moving, evolving environments
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
