Job description

As Integration & Solution Specialist, you will be responsible for the integration of different e-commerce and CRM applications throughout our customers IT-landscapes. Your responsibilities will include the conception, configuration, and implementation of end-to-end integrations tailored to each customer's unique needs. On the way to doing so you will collaborate closely with our engineers, Product Owners and stakeholders on client side., * Developing high-quality, scalable, and reliable integration use cases working with and configuring of products from the SAP CX & CRM Portfolio (CDC, CDP, Emarsys, Integration Suite etc.).

  • Documentation and troubleshooting of said integrations to ensure a successful operability
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design software solutions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in applying technical solutions and designing integration solutions
  • Knowledge of various integration technologies such as APIs, Web Services, and messaging systems
  • Basic coding skills in languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (min. B2 levels)
  • Joy in passing on knowledge and experience to fellow team members

Beneficial Skills:

  • Experience with products of the SAP CX / CRM Portfolio (CDC, CDP, Emarsys, Integration Suite etc.)
  • Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure or Google Cloud Platform
  • German language skills

Benefits & conditions

The actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience. What is also important to us is to pay our employees an internally comparable salary. For legal reasons, we need to disclose the minimum annual salary for full time employment as stated in the current collective IT agreement, which is € 53,802 gross/year for this position.
