The Role
The SAP IBP Manager is expected to perform high-quality project work for our customers, continue to build the SAP IBP capability in North America, and foster its continued growth within our SAP Digital Enterprise service unit. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, will be responsible for the strategic direction for MHP Americas SAP IBP consulting services, and will be required to set actionable objectives, create a culture of accountability, and take a hands-on leadership approach to execution. Our customers and the value we offer is central to everything we do. With this mind, this person will be required to ensure the quality of our services for our existing client base, cultivate relationships with new customers, develop new business opportunities, and continuously adjust our existing and future offerings according to market demands.
Responsibilities
- Be part of challenging projects in process and IT consulting with a focus on the automotive industry
- Develop innovative concepts and implement sophisticated consulting solutions in the fields of Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Sales & Operations Planning, Inventory Planning and SAP IBP
- Define a detailed blueprint for development requirements
- Deploy process, quality, and cost-optimized logistics concepts
- Create long term relationships with clients
- Identify and lead business development opportunities
- Achieve a strong reputation as a business advisor
- Take over responsibility as (sub) project team leader
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or equivalent education. Erfahrung Fluency in English (multi-lingual preferred) Professional appearance with strong customer focus Analytical and structured working attitude Strong teamwork capability, * Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or equivalent education., * 10+ years of work experience in consulting or in the automotive industry
- 6+ years of SAP IBP experience (process & customizing)
- Solid expertise in at least one other module (i.e., MM, PP, DS, QM, APO) is a strong plus
- 3 SAP full lifecycle implementations
- Profound SAP project and Go-Live experience (SAP implementation approach)
- SAP S/4HANA experience preferred
- SAP certifications are preferred
- Fluency in English (multi-lingual preferred)
- Professional appearance with strong customer focus

Benefits & conditions
The salary range for this role is $125,000-$155,000. However, it is important to note that at MHP, the compensation range is dependent on geographic location. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, and skillset. MHP reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness.
