Intermediate Dynamics 365 / C# Developer (2+ years) - AI Opportunities

• Building and maintaining plugins (sync/async), custom workflow logic, and integrations
• Working with Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Apps) where needed
• Writing / maintaining Web API integrations (internal services, third-party systems, data sync)
• Troubleshooting production issues (performance, timeouts, data integrity, plugin pipeline issues)
• Contributing to new AI initiatives, e.g.:
• Automating document/email classification and routing
• Extracting structured data from notes/images (with human-in-the-loop validation)
• Building internal copilots/tools for ops teams

Do you have experience in TypeScript?, We're looking for a Junior Dynamics 365 Developer with 1-2+ years' commercial experience to help build and support business-critical solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Dataverse). You'll work closely with senior engineers, consultants, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality customisations and integrations - and you'll also get exposure to AI-driven automation projects.

This is a hands-on engineering role: C#, plugins, APIs, and solid engineering fundamentals matter., * 1-2+ years experience with C# in a commercial environment

• Experience with Dynamics 365 / Dataverse development (plugins, entities, security roles)
• Understanding of the plugin execution pipeline and best practices (depth, recursion, stages)
• Comfortable with Git and basic CI/CD concepts
• Solid debugging skills and ability to work with logs/telemetry

Nice to have

• Dynamics 365 Field Service, Customer Service, or Sales module exposure
• Azure experience (Functions, Service Bus, App Services, Key Vault)
• Familiarity with Power BI or reporting
• Basic knowledge of AI/LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, or OCR pipelines
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript for form scripting or web resources
