What You'll Do as a Digital Construction Manager:

  • Drive adoption of digital construction techniques across projects, ensuring compliance with ISO 19650 standards.
  • Act as a key contact for project teams, clients, and supply chains, ensuring efficient information management and digital tool utilisation.
  • Lead the development and implementation of BIM Execution Plans and ensure alignment with Exchange Information Requirements.
  • Mentor and coach your team, fostering career development and embedding a digital-first culture.
  • Represent the company at industry events, promote our capabilities to key stakeholders, and spearhead supply chain engagement workshops.
  • Oversee regional resource planning, software deployment, and innovative solution onboarding.

Requirements

  • A strong communicator with proven leadership and relationship-building skills.
  • Expertise in ISO 19650, openBIM standards (IFC, COBie), and digital construction software tools.
  • Enthusiasm for innovation and new technologies to challenge traditional methods.
  • Proven ability to line manage and mentor teams while driving strategic value.
  • Resilient and solutions-focused with excellent organisational skills.
