UI/UX Designer

The UI/UX Designer will design and enhance user-centred digital interfaces for web and mobile platforms. This includes conducting user research, creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs, and ensuring usability, accessibility, and consistency across digital products. The post holder will collaborate with developers and stakeholders to translate business and user requirements into effective design solutions that meet client and organisational objectives., * Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis

• Design wireframes, mock-ups, interactive prototypes, and final UI designs
• Maintain and develop design systems and UI components
• Translate business and client requirements into intuitive digital solutions
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards (WCAG) and brand guidelines
• Review and refine designs based on feedback and performance metrics

Do you have experience in UX?, * Proven experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools
• Understanding of user-centred design principles
• Knowledge of accessibility standards
• Strong communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
