Job description
- Develop and maintain a backend in a cloud-native environment to automate internal IT workflows.
- Work with microservices to ingest data, evaluate business rules, and ensure secure communication with other platforms.
- Generate notifications and tasks, handle error scenarios in data pipelines, and contribute to a reliable and secure automation engine.
- Collaborate on building a strategic system that impacts the digital experience of employees.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience with Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
- Excellent knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.
- Experience in developing RESTful web services, JSON, and HTTP.
- Proficient in PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with CI/CD build pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub).
- Good understanding of encryption, security, and authentication protocols (SSL, OAuth2, OpenId).
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Java/Kotlin, REST APIs, and microservices.
- Understanding of data ingestion (e.g., S3-style storage, file-based flows) and secure system integrations.
- Experience with OpenShift/Kubernetes and enterprise authentication (OAuth, tokens).
- Logical mindset for translating business rules into clean, testable logic.
Language Proficiency:
Proficient in English.
