We are now offering an opportunity to join our Satellite Operations team as a Satellite Operations & Systems Engineer, where you will combine hands-on technical work with operational responsibilities, supporting the monitoring, control, and optimization of our satellites in orbit. This role is perfect for technically skilled professionals who want to grow in space systems and operations, working closely with the Operations Lead., * Hands-on technical experience: Contribute directly to satellite design, subsystem analysis, and in-orbit operations.

Your mission
As a Satellite Operations & Systems Engineer, you will support both the engineering and operational aspects of satellite missions:
As part of the Operations Team, you will:
- Participate in the satellite operations during LEOP, commissioning, nominal mission, and end-of-life activities.
- Contribute to tests in-orbit and anomaly investigations in collaboration with the satellite operations teams.
- Support the preparation and validation of operational products such as Mission Control Software and test bench activities.
- Process and analyze telemetry data, maintaining supporting tools and infrastructure.
- Contribute to the training and operational readiness of the operations team.
As a Space Systems Engineer, you will:
- Participate in the development of space missions, from early satellite/mission concepts, requirements, design, AIT, and launch.
- Execute assessments and simulations of system performance and budgets (mass, power, pointing, communication, orbital drift, etc.).
- Coordination of engineering teams for system and subsystem development projects
- Contribute to proposals for new missions and projects.
Requirements
Do you have a Master's degree?, * Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent; qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical, Telecommunications, or Software Engineering are a plus.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in spacecraft systems or operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently.
- Team spirit, versatility, and creativity.
- Fluency in English; negotiation-level Spanish is a plus.
- Experience in satellite operations or Earth observation missions is highly valued.
