Data Architect - Azure / Databricks, Permanent, West Midlands

Due to continued growth across the business, this leading edge digital organisation based in the West Midlands are looking to the market for a Data Architect. My client is fully agile, and are on the lookout for an experienced Data Architect with a strong background working with Azure Data Technologies who is happy to work in a fast-paced / collaborative environment.

In order to be considered you must be degree educated, and come with a strong Data (Engineering) background, ideally accredited within architecture. You must have at least 2/3 years proven experience of working as an Architect within an Azure Data environment. You will be responsible for delivering Data Solutions making sure everyone is aligned in developing and implementing those technical Data solutions. We need someone with demonstrable Architecture experience capable of working with senior stakeholders developing concept of Data Platform to meet a breadth of business requirements for internal and external Data consumption.

At this level you will obviously be expected to demonstrate superb communication skills at all level (up to board level), along with the ability to develop excellent working relationships with difficult stakeholders both internally and externally. You will liaise with key internal personnel making sure everyone is aligned in developing and implementing technical solutions.
