Job description
Our client is an established business based in central London. They're looking for an experienced Senior HCM Analyst with Workday HCM experience to support and enhance a recently implemented Workday platform. You'll play a key role in optimising core HR processes, driving systems adoption, and delivering continuous improvement.
Role Scope: Configure, maintain and enhance Workday (HCM, Recruiting, Talent & Performance)
Support BAU operations and Workday bi-annual releases (testing, deployment, improvements)
Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business stakeholders
Resolve system issues, manage enhancements, and ensure data quality and security
Create documentation, user guides, and support materials
Requirements
Do you have experience in Workday?, Must have 5+ years' hands-on Workday configuration and systems administration experience
Strong HCM expertise (Recruiting, Talent/Performance are essential)
Experience with reporting, security, and release management
Ability to streamline HR processes and improve user experience
Excellent communication skills
