Working closely with the Head of Digital and IT, you will support the development, optimisation, and day-to-day management of digital platforms and IT systems, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and user-focused., * Support digital transformation and IT development projects

Optimise CRM, websites, CMS, portals, and system integrations

Administer Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and AI tools

Manage and improve the IT helpdesk and ticketing system

Support business analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping

Assist with UAT, testing, and system improvements

Create training materials, SOPs, and upskill superusers

Support IT operations, onboarding/offboarding, and vendors

Build strong stakeholder relationships and support change management
Requirements

Experience in digital transformation or IT systems roles

Strong CRM and Microsoft 365 knowledge

Experience with IT support or helpdesk environments

Confident working with stakeholders at all levels
