Are you a Controls Engineer looking to progress into a Team Leader position, where you will have the autonomy to make key decisions within a busy manufacturer, overseeing, mentoring and developing a specialist team of Electrical/Controls Engineers?

This role would suit a Controls Engineer who is looking for a role offering plenty of responsibility and recognition, in a Team Leader position overseeing other Engineers.
The Role:
- Designing, testing, and assembling control panels
- Working on Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, and Siemens PLCs
- Overseeing a small team, guiding and mentoring them
- Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm, early finish on Fridays, 37.5 hours a week
