IT Technician - Field and Office Based - Hampshire - Driving Licence Required

Harrap ICT is seeking a bright and motivated IT Technician to join our expanding team. This is a field and office-based role, supporting infant, junior, and primary schools across Hampshire.

You'll need a full driving licence and a personal car, as daily travel between customer sites and our Winchester office is required.

Our team is committed to delivering a reliable, secure, and friendly service to all customers., * Conducting regular scheduled support visits to schools

• Providing hands-on IT support, including diagnosing and repairing faults
• Delivering remote support via phone and remote tools from the office
• Installing and configuring new hardware and software
• Logging, managing, and resolving support issues in a timely manner
• Collaborating with the support team and contributing to wider projects

Full-Time, Permanent | £25,000 - £27,000 (Dependent on Experience) Driving Licence Required, * £25,000 - £27,000 annual salary (based on experience)
