Job description
Harrap ICT is seeking a bright and motivated IT Technician to join our expanding team. This is a field and office-based role, supporting infant, junior, and primary schools across Hampshire.
You'll need a full driving licence and a personal car, as daily travel between customer sites and our Winchester office is required.

We provide high-quality IT support and solutions to infant, junior and primary schools, with a strong focus on onsite assistance, but we also provide remote assistance over the phone or via the internet. Our team is committed to delivering a reliable, secure, and friendly service to all customers., * Conducting regular scheduled support visits to schools
- Providing hands-on IT support, including diagnosing and repairing faults
- Delivering remote support via phone and remote tools from the office
- Installing and configuring new hardware and software
- Logging, managing, and resolving support issues in a timely manner
- Collaborating with the support team and contributing to wider projects
Requirements

Benefits & conditions
Full-Time, Permanent | £25,000 - £27,000 (Dependent on Experience) Driving Licence Required, * £25,000 - £27,000 annual salary (based on experience)
- 37.5 hours per week (plus 30-minute daily break)
- 31 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
