Job description
Were looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our in-house development team and help build and evolve our core operational platform, alongside a range of bespoke solutions for major automotive clients.
This role sits between product and engineering. Youll work closely with our team to take well-defined problems and own them end to end from UI through to backend logic.
If you enjoy variety, autonomy, and building software that is genuinely used day to day, this role will suit you well.
What youll be doing
- Building and improving features within our internal and customer-facing platform
- Delivering bespoke functionality for large customers with specific operational needs
- Developing clean, intuitive front ends with a strong focus on usability and UX
- Working across the stack to implement features from database to browser
- Integrating with APIs and third-party systems
- Contributing to technical discussions while working within an established architecture
- Helping improve quality, performance, and reliability over time
You wont be expected to redesign the platform or make every architectural decision. You will be expected to deliver high-quality features and take ownership of the problems youre given., * Youll work on multiple meaningful projects, not endless tickets

Requirements
Do you have experience in UX?, * Strong experience with React and Next.js (App Router)
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
- A good eye for UI/UX and front end quality
- Experience using Tailwind CSS and component based UI libraries (e.g. ShadCN)
- Comfortable writing and understanding SQL Server queries
- Experience working across both front end and back end codebases
Desirable (nice to have)
- Experience with C# and SQL Server
- Familiarity with Azure
- Experience building or consuming APIs
- Understanding of web security best practices
- Exposure to Redis, caching, or performance optimisation
- Experience with PWA concepts
- Comfortable working with tools such as Bitbucket and Slack
